The Vogue Doll Company created an all vinyl drink and wet baby doll in 1955. Ginnette was the baby sister of the famous Ginny Doll. This very cute doll was 8" tall and had moveable head, arms and legs. The 1955 doll had painted blue eyes, brown lashes, red lips, pink cheeks and soft brown hair. The first Ginnette had five outfits and came with a diaper and bottle in a pink and blue box that matched the logo of the Ginny box. From 1956-1959, the doll came with sleep eyes and molded lashes. She also could have a metal insert in her bottom to cry when she was squeezed. In 1957 a special cry tube was added on some dolls. Many outfits and accessories (crib, tender, bathinette and very hard to find chest of drawers) were added during these years. You can identify this doll from look-a-likes by the Vogue Dolls Inc. mark on her lower back.
I have that doll with alot of her clothes, her table and 2 chairs, her bed, rocking chair and her stand up wardrobe to hold her clothes. All are on little hangers and I also have her bathinette. Any idea of what it could be worth. Thank you
